Workout
Sebelum pegi gym makan kellogs bar ngan air suam.
Hari ni timbang berat x turun tapi bodyfat turun 5%, air pun dah bertambah dlm badan..alhamdulillah..
Hari ni betul2 kena dera, chest exercise 20x; lunges, sumo squat with 12pounds ball 20x each; sit up 30x; rower with 10kg weight 20x; superman alternate hand n leg 20x-3sets each. Cardio 30mins (treadmill n cycling). Air 1.5L.
Balik singgah Subway ku amik egg n cheese with salad n tomato, vinegar n oil dressing with honey n oats bread n white coffee.

p/s - my MIL kata my bodyshape is better than b4 this...kuang, kuang, kuang..
