Workout
Same routine as yesterday..bfast 2 slices of organic wholegrain bread w peanut butter n strawberry..white coffee..lunch nasi with lots of lauk pauk n vegie..snacking OKI biscuits.

Malam ada Divison punye dinner kat The Zon KLCC..biasala kalau buffet, x hingat punye melantak..tapi, hotel tu fail la punyela usang dan buruks..geli aku..looking forward for tommorow punye training ngan Tonia (trainer)..ntah apa la yg dia dera aku nanti..

p/s - scale aku rosak ke, atau aku yg dah turun 1 kilo lagi...kuang, kuang kuang
