Kena dera

Workout
32mins cardio - 24 mins treadmil (20mins speed:5, gradience:5; 4 mins slow jog speed:6.5); cycling 4mins (speed min 70 stage 3); gliding 4 mins (2mins speed:90, 2 mins speed:110)
Push up 30x; abdominal crunch 30x (ini seksa wo..kena kepit exercise ball celah kaki pastu angkat kaki ke atas sampai punggung skali naik); squat 30x; lunges with bicep curl using dumbell 20x each legs; back exercise 30x, plank 1mins - all with exercise ball - 2 sets each. Plank 2nd set je fail sbb dah sakit pinggang..dah x boleh tuck in tummy..dah pancit.
